Deepening Scientific Understanding Using Data Loggers
This PL is targeted for Science Year 7-12 teachers who are wanting to strengthen their teaching pedagogy to develop critical thinkers who are thinking and acting scientifically. Data loggers are an excellent tool to enable students to construct and consolidate their understanding of abstract scientific concepts. By collecting live data while performing tried and true teacher demonstrations across of branches of science, students will make a direct link to better understand the principles of science. Live data is a very strong enabler to develop science literate students who can make connections to real world concepts. This PL will be delivered by the Academy of Future Skills.
This PL is accredited for 2 hours and is FREE for SEAACT members!
